Terms of use

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms cover your use of PerkShift. By using PerkShift you agree to them.

What PerkShift does

PerkShift compares what you tell it you pay for with the plans, prices and perks that providers publish, and suggests ways you may save. It's free to use.

Information, not advice

PerkShift gives general information to help you decide. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice, and it doesn't know everything about your accounts.

Before you cancel, switch or sign up for anything, check the details with the provider. You're responsible for the decisions you make.

Prices and perks can change

Providers change their prices, plans and perks, sometimes without notice. We read them from providers' own websites and show the date each was checked, but we can't promise every figure is current or complete. A provider's own terms always apply to its services.

Independence

PerkShift isn't endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with any company it names. Product and company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Savings are ranked by how much they save. If PerkShift ever earns a commission, it will say so next to the link and it won't change which savings you see or their order.

Using PerkShift fairly

Please don't misuse PerkShift: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, to get around its security, or to copy its catalog in bulk by automated means.

No warranty

PerkShift is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, the PerkShift team isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from decisions made using PerkShift, such as charges from a provider after a cancellation or switch.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed.
